The hotel is in a great and lovely location in the center of the city. The room is reasonably large, comes with tea/coffee and nice touches, as for instance🙂

The tower hotel was in an excellent location for my conference at the institute for child health. Close by but in quiet street. Room very clean and comfortable. Only problem people leaving very early (alarm clock at about 4am!) and making a noise, but that's not the hotel's fault. Breakfast good. Would recommend it.

Not a redeeming feature for this establishment except for the location. Extremely overpriced, the bathroom was filthy, the room was noisy and several items in the room were malfunctioning. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone!

The location was great. The breakfast was pretty good and the coffee was excellent. The dining room, food selection and china were very nice. The staff was very nice and helpful. When I asked for an alarm clock and a fan, they provided us with one. The bed was comfortable. We didn't have any problems with the shower; I had read problems getting hot water at other hotels. This one had electric water heater in the shower and each shower was warm. I thought it was a very nice place to stay and I would stay there again.
The room seemed to slant downward (assumed because it is a very old building). The dining room wasn't opened timely in the morning and we had to wait until someone unlocked the door. When I needed a fork for a salad that we bought at the store, I tried to see if I could get one from the kitchen, but the door was locked. So, I had to go out and find a fast food restaurant to find a plastic fork. It would be nice to have the kitchen available during the day for small items like a spoon or a fork; or if we needed to microwave something.

Convenient location. Informal. Historical building.
Woken up twice by noisy people in street - but due to the convenient location this was to be expected. Knowing in advance that this was likely made it much less irritating!

The breakfast was delicious and the parking was nearby. I booked neat and en suite room with hair dryer, a good selection of teas, as example. The location was marvellous and awesome, 5 min walk from bus station.
Its breakfast should 've been included.

The Tower House was comfortable and staff helpful and friendly. Hotel very central and full of character architecturally with lovely antiques. Breakfast room also good - relaxing room with lovely antiques and cotton tablecloth and decent choice of good quality breakfast choices.
Heating didn't need to be on for so long as really warm.
